Check your birth time first — the rising sign changes roughly every two hours, so being 30 minutes out can change it completely. Some cities observe daylight saving; entering the clock time you were born rather than the corrected time will give a different result. If you were born outside a major city, the calculated rising sign is an approximation and the app labels it as one.
Yes. On the Today screen, tap your chart row (Sun, Moon, Rising) to be taken through entry again. Changing your birth details clears your saved chart and starts again — your previous reading will not be restored.
A fate change re-reads your chart against a different moment in the sky. The planetary positions shift, the moon moves to a new sign, and the whole reading is drawn again — a new fate, new paragraphs, and a new set of predictions. Your original birth chart never changes.
Everyone gets a free daily change. A subscription includes five changes each month. If you run out, you can buy additional changes in packs from the Fate screen.
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from. On iOS, request a refund through Apple's reportaproblem service. On Android, open your Google Play order history. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Try restoring your purchases from the Fate screen first. If that does not work, sign in to the store account you originally purchased with — a subscription is tied to the account, not the device.
Ad-free use comes with a subscription. Ads keep the free tier free, and we would rather show a few than put the app behind a wall.
Check that notifications are enabled for FateCast in your device settings, and that your device is not in a battery-saving or focus mode that suppresses them. You can toggle reminders inside the app.
Email REPLACE-WITH-YOUR-EMAIL and we will get back to you.
If you are reporting a purchase problem, please include the store (Apple or Google), the approximate date, and the amount — never your card number.
